Capon Ridge Running Camp information (Recommmeded by Coach Darrell General).
The camp is July 19-24. I know we have discussed the possibility of individuals from your
Marshall team attending the camp. The camp is in it's 7th year and is one of the most popular around. It is a
great camp with great campers, tremendous speakers, coaches, and counselors. The athletes have a blast!!
The camp is limited to 120 campers and will fill up, so please let me know if I can answer any questions or hold
spots for you and your team.
