ATHLETES OF THE WEEK

Jan. 12th - Jan. 18th, 2003

After missing their chance to win their first Quad or Tri-meet in three season by 4 points on Dec. 21st, 2002. The Boy's team got by West Springfield by one (1) point on Jan. 11th, 2003 to accomplish that task.

The team was lead by four first place finishes from Junior Anthony Weaver (55m, 300m, Long Jump, 4x200m), two wins by Junior Doug Shapiro (1600m, 1000m), Senior Matt Schiller (55m, 4x200m & 2nd - 300m) and one win by Senior Tim Silver (Shot Put).

Overall it was a team effort with other top five contributions from the following athletes.

Senior Charles Hixon (3rd - 55m, 4th - 300m, 1st - 4x200m)
