DEVIL  YOU  CAN'T  HAVE  MY  SONG.

For God has given me a new song.

The children of Israel.

Psalm 137:1  By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion.

2  We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof.

3  For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion.

4  How shall we sing the Lord's song in a strange land?

Jer 8: 8Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Because ye have not heard my words, 9Behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith the LORD, and Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about, and will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and an hissing, and perpetual desolations. 10Moreover I will take from them the voice of mirth, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the candle.  11And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.[1]

138:1  A Psalm of David. I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

2  I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

Psa. 34 :I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

2  My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.

3  O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.

This is My Song - I used to sing -

country road take me home  -  But now I sing -  I am on the Glory Road.

Tears on pillow pain in my heart-                         Tears are a language God understands.

I dont want to loose you now got to....                 Presious Jesus hold my hand. yes I need..

How am I suposed to live without you after..        I need thee every hour most gracious ....

fifteen years and I still feel the same...                   I 'll never be the same again no, no.

Job 23:

8  Behold, I go forward, but he is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive him:

9  On the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him:

10  But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

11  My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined.

12  Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food.

13  But he is in one mind, and who can turn him? and what his soul desireth, even that he doeth.

14  For he performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with him.

15  Therefore am I troubled at his presence: when I consider, I am afraid of him.

Job 19

23  Oh that my words were now written! oh that they were printed in a book!

24  That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever!

25  For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

26  And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God:

27  Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.

Deborah sang in the light of the treat of war.

Jud. 5

12  Awake, awake, Deborah: awake, awake, utter a song: arise, Barak, and lead thy captivity captive, thou son of Abinoam.

Johosaphat

2 Chro.

20:1  It came to pass after this also, that the children of Moab, and the children of Ammon, and with them other beside the Ammonites, came against Jehoshaphat to battle.

2  Then there came some that told Jehoshaphat, saying, There cometh a great multitude against thee from beyond the sea on this side Syria; and, behold, they be in Hazazontamar, which is Engedi.

5  And Jehoshaphat stood in the congregation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of the LORD, before the new court,

6  And said, O LORD God of our fathers, art not thou God in heaven? and rulest not thou over all the kingdoms of the heathen? and in thine hand is there not power and might, so that none is able to withstand thee?

7  Art not thou our God, who didst drive out the inhabitants of this land before thy people Israel, and gavest it to the seed of Abraham thy friend for ever?

8  And they dwelt therein, and have built thee a sanctuary therein for thy name, saying,

9  If, when evil cometh upon us, as the sword, judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction, then thou wilt hear and help.

10  And now, behold, the children of Ammon and Moab and mount Seir, whom thou wouldest not let Israel invade, when they came out of the land of Egypt, but they turned from them, and destroyed them not;

11  Behold, I say, how they reward us, to come to cast us out of thy possession, which thou hast given us to inherit.

12  O our God, wilt thou not judge them? for we have no might against this great company that cometh against us; neither know we what to do: but our eyes are upon thee.

13  And all Judah stood before the LORD, with their little ones, their wives, and their children.

14  Then upon Jahaziel the son of Zechariah, the son of Benaiah, the son of Jeiel, the son of Mattaniah, a Levite of the sons of Asaph, came the Spirit of the LORD in the midst of the congregation;

15  And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.

16  To morrow go ye down against them: behold, they come up by the cliff of Ziz; and ye shall find them at the end of the brook, before the wilderness of Jeruel.

17  Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you.

18  And Jehoshaphat bowed his head with his face to the ground: and all Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem fell before the LORD, worshipping the LORD.

19  And the Levites, of the children of the Kohathites, and of the children of the Korhites, stood up to praise the LORD God of Israel with a loud voice on high.

20  And they rose early in the morning, and went forth into the wilderness of Tekoa: and as they went forth, Jehoshaphat stood and said, Hear me, O Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem; Believe in the LORD your God, so shall ye be established; believe his prophets, so shall ye prosper.

21  And when he had consulted with the people, he appointed singers unto the LORD, and that should praise the beauty of holiness, as they went out before the army, and to say, Praise the LORD; for his mercy endureth for ever.

22  And when they began to sing and to praise, the LORD set ambushments against the children of Ammon, Moab, and mount Seir, which were come against Judah; and they were smitten.

23  For the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against the inhabitants of mount Seir, utterly to slay and destroy them: and when they had made an end of the inhabitants of Seir, every one helped to destroy another.

24  And when Judah came toward the watch tower in the wilderness, they looked unto the multitude, and, behold, they were dead bodies fallen to the earth, and none escaped.

Fanny Crosby This is my story this my song.

Paul and Silus

Acts 16:8  And they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.

9  And a vision appeared to Paul in the night; There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and help us......thence to Philippi, which is the chief city of that part of Macedonia, ....16  And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying:

they caught Paul and Silas, and drew them into the marketplace unto the rulers,

20  And brought them to the magistrates, saying, These men, being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city,

21  And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans.

22  And the multitude rose up together against them: and the magistrates rent off their clothes, and commanded to beat them.

23  And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely:

24  Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks.

25  And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.

26  And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed.

Jesus.

Matt. 26:30  And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

31  Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad.

32  But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.

HURACIOUS PAFFARD.     It is well with my soul.

Keep you song because you'll have to exchange it for a new song some day.

Now we are singing I am coming up on the rough side of the mountain.

We can't sing that in heaven.  We'll sing -  satan you can't catch me again... I was down in the vally for a very long time, I wanted to go but you would'nt let me go..... Now I am free.

A new Song.

Rev. 5:8  And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

9  And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;

10  And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
