2007 International Missions Conference and Seminar Riverdale New Testament Church of God

 

 

General Information

  • All meals for international delegates will be provided by the Church and served at   

the Church.

  • All ground transportation will be provided by Church, The bus leaves the Hotel 

       at 8:00 am daily.

  • Any questions or special needs should be addressed to Miss Doreen Lambert Missions Coordinator or Pastor Subryan @ 240-505-9196 cell.
  • Delegates are asked to wear their national colors and national dress at all evening sessions.   Name badges should be worn at all times.
  • Registration is free for international delegates but they should pre register on the supplied registration form.

Airport pick up and transportation prearranged by Church

 

Wednesday May 16th

 

  • Special welcome service and tour of Washington DC.

Bus leaves hotel at 8:00 am to the Church and then to Washington DC.

  • Prayer on the National Mall for the nations of the world at noon.
  • Welcome Dinner and Fellowship @ 7:00 pm at hotel.

 

Thursday May 17th.   (Conference Begins)

 

  • 8:30-9:30 am Breakfast and fellowship
  • 10:00 – 12:00 noon training Seminars – “Urban Ministry in the Third World”

                                                                       Bishop Joseph Mitchell.

  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Lunch @ Church
  • 1:00 – 3:00 pm.  Free time.
  • 3:00 – 5:00 pm.  Cross Cultural Workshops ( Trinidad, and Tobago)
  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm refreshments and fellowship.
  • 6:00- 9:00 pm Evening Celebration and Seminar – “Reaching the Unchurched in the 1040 Window” By Bishop William Kilby.
  • 9:00 – 10:00 pm Dinner and bus transfer to hotel.

 

Friday May 18th

 

  • 8:30-9:30 am Breakfast and fellowship
  • 10:00 – 12:00 noon training Seminars – “The Global Mission of The Church”

  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Lunch @ Church
  • 1:00 – 3:00 pm.  Free time.
  • 3:00 – 5:00 pm.  Cross Cultural Workshops (Guyana –Cynthia Itwaru).
  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm refreshments and fellowship.
  • 6:00- 9:00 pm Evening Celebration and Seminar – “Reaching the Through Friendship Evangelism”  By Bishop William Kilby.
  • 9:00 – 10:00 pm Dinner and bus transfer to hotel.

 

  

 

 Saturday May 19th

 

  • 8:30-9:30 am Breakfast and fellowship
  • 10:00 – 12:00 noon training Seminars – “Sending Missionaries from the Mission Field” – Bishop Joseph Mitchell.                                                 
  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Lunch @ Church
  • 1:00 – 3:00 pm.  Free time.
  • 3:00 – 5:00 pm.  Cross Cultural Workshops (Barbados by Samuel Walker)
  • 5:00 – 6:00 pm refreshments and fellowship.
  • 6:00- 9:00 pm Evening Celebration and Seminar – Featuring  

      1.  Parade of the Flags.

2.      Cultural presentations from every country represented.

3.      Testimonies from around the world.

4.      Special food from around the world .(dinner).

5.      An address on Global Missions -  by Bishop William Kilby.

  • 9:00  pm. bus transfer to hotel.

 

Sunday May 20th

 

Grand Missions Worship Celebration.

 

  • 7:30-8:30 am Breakfast and fellowship
  • 8:30 – 12:00 noon - Grand Worship Service

“The Great Commission” - Bishop Oliver Subryan.

  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm. Lunch @ Church
  • 1:00 – 3:00 pm.  Free time.
  • 3:00 – 5:00 pm.  Music From Around the World – An International Concert
  • 5:00 – 7:00 pm Farewell Dinner and fellowship.
  • 7:00- 9:00 pm Evening Celebration and Seminar – “Commissioning To Serve”
